The color is like a polished pearl. The contemporary design is a real conversation starter, and is all one piece. The wide shade creates a spectacular light effect both on the wall and the ceiling, giving a large area of illumination.

The only flaw is the shade does not fit snug on the lamp.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The lamp is beautiful...pearlized finish and textured shade. The only thing I would change is a tighter fit for the shade. But since I mostly turn it on & off at the wall, it really isn't a problem.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
